The DENSITY X4 26K takes the capacity normally associated with a large power bank and puts it into an exceptionally slim form. With 26,750mAh of energy in a body less than 13mm thin, it's designed for people who want serious reserve power without carrying a conventional battery brick. X4 XSSB technology enables the combination of high capacity, approximately 350g weight and a phone-like profile that slips easily into a bag or alongside your other devices, making it ideal for travel, long days away from power and charging multiple devices.
With up to 60W of combined power, the 26K is built to keep several everyday devices running at once. Two USB-C ports share up to 30W of wired power, while two independent wireless charging surfaces provide up to 15W each, allowing as many as four compatible devices to charge simultaneously. The large 26,750mAh X4 XSSB battery provides substantial reserve energy for phones, tablets and other compatible USB devices, while Therma Guard intelligent temperature management helps manage charging performance and operating temperature when multiple outputs are being used.
The 26K keeps a large amount of portable energy remarkably simple to use. Two USB-C connections give you flexible wired charging while dual wireless charging surfaces allow two compatible devices to charge without cables. Can the 26K charge four devices at once?
Yes. The DENSITY X4 26K features 2 × USB-C outputs and 2 × 15W wireless charging surfaces, allowing up to four compatible devices to be charged simultaneously. The USB-C ports provide 30W shared power, while the two wireless surfaces can provide up to 15W each, for up to 60W combined output.
Can i charge laptops with my Density 26K?
If you want to charge a laptop, this requires at least 65W USB power, found in PD3.0 or greater compatible devices. Check out Density X3 PowerHub NANO, which can charge 2 laptops simultaneously and has the same capacity as Density X3 Powerbank 26K.
How many times will 26,750mAh actually charge my phone?
The DENSITY X4 26K contains 26,750mAh of battery capacity, designed for multiple full recharges, perfect for several days off grid. Actual energy delivered to your phone will be lower than the internal battery capacity because all power banks experience conversion losses. Wireless charging also has greater energy losses than wired USB-C charging. For maximum energy transfer, use the USB-C connection. For maximum convenience, simply snap on and charge wirelessly.
Can I charge with USB-C as well as wirelessly?
Yes. The DENSITY X4 26K gives you the choice of magnetic wireless charging or USB-C wired charging. Use wireless when you want effortless snap-on charging without cables, or connect through USB-C for faster and more efficient energy transfer. The USB-C1 connection is bidirectional, so the same port is used to recharge the 26K and to provide wired power to compatible devices.
Why does my iPhone sometimes stop charging at 80%?
This is usually normal. iPhone includes battery-protection features that can limit or pause charging around 80% depending on temperature, charging habits and your selected Charge Limit settings. Wireless charging can also generate additional heat, so iPhone may temporarily slow or pause charging to protect the battery. Charging normally resumes when conditions allow. This behaviour is controlled by your iPhone, not the DENSITY 26K.
Why does the 26K or my phone feel warm while charging?
Some warmth is normal during wireless charging because energy is transferred wirelessly between the power bank and phone. The DENSITY 26K features Therma Guard intelligent temperature management, designed to monitor and manage charging performance as temperatures increase. Your phone may also independently reduce charging speed if it becomes warm. For best performance, avoid charging in direct sunlight, hot vehicles or underneath insulating materials.
What phones and cases are compatible?
The DENSITY X4 26K supports magnetic wireless charging with compatible smartphones and devices. For the strongest magnetic attachment and best charging performance, use the phone without a case or with a Qi2/MagSafe-compatible magnetic case. Thick cases, non-magnetic cases, metal plates, cards or other objects between the phone and 5K may interfere with magnetic attachment or wireless charging.
Is the DENSITY 26K compatible with Samsung and Android phones?
Yes. The DENSITY 26K uses a common wireless charging standard and can charge compatible devices from Apple, Samsung, Google and other manufacturers. Some Android phones support wireless charging but do not have magnets built into the phone itself. In these cases, a Qi2-compatible magnetic case may be required for the 26K to securely snap into position. For the best experience, use a Qi2-compatible phone or magnetic case and remove metal plates, cards or other accessories from between the phone and power bank.
