Overview

The DENSITY X3 PowerHub Nano bridges the gap between a power bank and a portable power station. Its 99Wh X3 XSSB battery delivers up to 200W of combined USB power from a package weighing just 570g and measuring less than 50mm high. Nano is small enough to take almost anywhere but powerful enough for phones, tablets, laptops, cameras and other USB equipment, with wireless charging, a full-colour touchscreen and integrated 300-lumen light built in. And living inside it is AVA, your tiny digital companion that brings a little personality to portable power.

Power & Performance

Nano delivers up to 200W of combined USB power through two USB-C and two USB-A ports, including a 100W bidirectional USB-C connection capable of powering many compatible laptops as well as rapidly recharging Nano itself. A second USB-C output provides up to 65W, while two USB-A connections provide up to 22.5W each and the integrated wireless surface adds convenient 15W charging. With 99Wh of stored energy, Nano delivers serious portable capability while remaining compact enough for everyday carry, travel and adventures away from mains power.

Features & Connectivity

Nano is designed to be interacted with rather than simply plugged in. Its full-colour touchscreen provides battery, charging and operating information directly on the device, while Bluetooth connectivity links Nano with Density Link for supported monitoring and control from your phone. An integrated 300-lumen adjustable light moves from warm 2,700K light for reading and relaxing through to cool 6,500K illumination for searching or working. AVA adds personality to the touchscreen experience, while future software and firmware updates are designed to bring additional functions, improvements and new AVA experiences over time.

Charging & Compatibility

Nano can power up to five devices simultaneously using two USB-C ports, two USB-A ports and its 15W wireless charging surface, making it suitable for everything from phones and accessories to compatible USB-C laptops. The primary 100W USB-C port is bidirectional and also acts as Nano's always-available connection. When battery state-of-charge is high, Always-On mode keeps Nano ready to use; at lower charge levels, Power Saver mode disables the secondary ports, wireless charging and light to conserve energy while keeping the 100W port active. Tap the touchscreen, press the function button or plug/unplug the 100W connection to wake Nano and restore its other functions.

Frequently Asked
Questions

How does Nano manage power?

Nano is always ready when you need it. At higher charge levels, the screen sleeps while wireless charging and Bluetooth remain active. As battery level reduces, Nano automatically enters low-power mode to preserve energy. In deep sleep, simply touch the screen, press the function button, or connect power to C1 to instantly wake Nano.

Can I take Nano on a plane?

Yes. Nano is rated at 99Wh / 26,750mAh, keeping it within the commonly permitted 100Wh limit for passenger carry-on batteries. Power banks must be carried in cabin baggage, not checked luggage. Always check your airline’s requirements before travelling.

What does the built-in light do?

Nano includes an adjustable 300-lumen light with a colour-temperature range from approximately 2700K warm white to 6500K cool white. Choose warm light for reading and camping or cool light for searching, working and improved visibility.

Can the Nano charge 5 devices at once?

Yes. Nano can charge up to 5 devices simultaneously using its two USB-C ports, two USB-A ports and 15W wireless charging pad, with up to 200W combined USB power available across its wired outputs.

Why does Nano heat up during wireless charging or high power use?

Some warmth is normal during wireless charging, or fast charging/discharging Nano via the 100W or 65W port. Wireless power transfer generates more heat than a direct USB-C connection, and your phone may automatically reduce charging speed if its temperature increases. For maximum efficiency and fastest charging, use USB-C.

How fast can Nano recharge?

Nano’s 100W bidirectional USB-C port supports high-speed charging and can recharge the battery in approximately one hour with a compatible USB-C PD charger.

Can I control Nano from my phone?

Yes. Nano features Bluetooth connectivity with the Density app, giving you access to battery information and compatible controls directly from your phone.

How much power can Nano deliver?

Nano can deliver up to 200W combined output across its USB ports. It features 100W USB-C, 65W USB-C and two 22.5W USB-A ports, delivering serious power from an ultra-compact 99Wh battery.

What cable is included?

Nano includes a 100W USB-C charging lanyard, combining a convenient carry strap with a high-power USB-C cable, so you always have a charging cable with you.

Can i charge laptops with my Nano?

Yes. Nano features a 100W bidirectional USB-C port and a second 65W USB-C output, making it suitable for compatible USB-C laptops, tablets, phones and other devices. It can even power two compatible USB-C devices simultaneously.

How many times will 26,750mAh actually charge my phone?

Nano is designed for multiple full mobile phone recharges, perfect for several days off grid. Actual energy delivered to your phone will be lower than the internal battery capacity because all power banks experience conversion losses. Wireless charging also has greater energy losses than wired USB-C charging. For maximum energy transfer, use the USB-C connection. For maximum convenience, simply snap on and charge wirelessly.

Can I charge with USB-C as well as wirelessly?

Yes. The DENSITY X3 Nano gives you the choice of magnetic wireless charging or USB-C wired charging. Use wireless when you want effortless snap-on charging without cables, or connect through USB-C for faster and more efficient energy transfer. The USB-C1 connection is bidirectional, so the same port is used to recharge the 26K and to provide wired power to compatible devices.

Why does my iPhone sometimes stop charging at 80%?

This is usually normal. iPhone includes battery-protection features that can limit or pause charging around 80% depending on temperature, charging habits and your selected Charge Limit settings. Wireless charging can also generate additional heat, so iPhone may temporarily slow or pause charging to protect the battery. Charging normally resumes when conditions allow. This behaviour is controlled by your iPhone, not Nano

What phones and cases are compatible?

The DENSITY X3 Nano supports magnetic wireless charging with compatible smartphones and devices. For the strongest magnetic attachment and best charging performance, use the phone without a case or with a Qi2/MagSafe-compatible magnetic case. Thick cases, non-magnetic cases, metal plates, cards or other objects between the phone and 5K may interfere with magnetic attachment or wireless charging.

Is Nano compatible with Samsung and Android phones?

Yes. Nano uses a common wireless charging standard and can charge compatible devices from Apple, Samsung, Google and other manufacturers. Some Android phones support wireless charging but do not have magnets built into the phone itself. In these cases, a Qi2-compatible magnetic case may be required for the Nano to securely snap into position. For the best experience, use a Qi2-compatible phone or magnetic case and remove metal plates, cards or other accessories from between the phone and power bank.
