DENSITY X2 POWERDRIVE VSHIFT 12/48V, 130AH, 100A BMS, MPPT, USB, DENSITY LINK

DENSITY^X2 POWERDRIVE AUTO/MARINE BATTERY, VSHIFT Dual Voltage 48V and 12V, Dual Battery System, Solar Charging, is part of the Density PowerDrive product family. Featuring X2 energy density, long cycle life, low temperature performance. Dual voltage flexibility and smart charging options via the inbuilt 13-60V Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) for great discharge capacity.

The battery is designed for automotive, recreational & marine applications with robust connectors and integrated charge intelligence:

• 3600W / 60A 48V output + input
  Using the AS150U plug, access the batteries high power interface. Allows connectivity with 48V inverters for up to 3600W continuous power. Also charge your battery with a compatible charger such as DBC-14S-600W. Also connect multiple batteries in parallel using this plug (batteries must be at the same state of charge when first connected together).

• VSHIFT 1200W / 100A 12V continuous output + input*
  Heavy-duty SB120 Anderson plug rated to carry the full 100A continuous discharge safely. 12V power for lighting, winches, fridges, pumps, or auxiliary DC buses. If *dual battery system control is disabled, the battery can also be charged at up to 100A via this plug, making it a bidirectional 12V system.

• Dual Battery System Control
  When enabled via the Density Link touchscreen interface, the 12V anderson plug is set to discharge mode only. This ensures your Density battery will power connected loads and devices without drawing power from a starter battery. In this configuration, the dedicated charging port, or 48V port, provide two convenient options.

• 13-60V Charging Port 
  Dedicated charging port to allow alternator, solar MPPT, or battery chargers for safe charging of your Density battery. When a solar panel is connected, the MPPT tracks maximum power point dynamically for efficient charging in real-world conditions (shade, variable panel voltages).

• Easy device charging
  Front panel mounted USB C & USB A ports to conveniently charge all your devices. 2x 100W Type C PD3.0 plus 2x Type A for up to 240W of simultaneous charging from laptops to phones to drones.  

• Density Link ready
  Via the bright easy to use integrated touchscreen, or the Density Link bluetooth app, stay connected to all your battery health information. Also control the charging and discharging functionality in the dual battery system settings..

System Integration & Wiring

• Use correct cable gauge; fuse positive lead.
• Maintain polarity and strain relief.

Charging & Care

• Store 40-60% SoC if unused at 15-25 degrees celcius
• Recommended Operating Temperature: -20 to 50 degrees celcius 
• Allow airflow during charge/discharge.
• Use PD rated cables for USB C. 
• Check firmware/app for updates.
• Never connect batteries in parallel which are at different states of charge.  Recommend to charge all batteries to 52V via the 48V AS150 connector before connecting parallel systems. This an be achieved with an AC charger such as Density charger DBC-14S-600W-AU or equivalent.
