The DENSITY X3 5K is everyday portable power stripped back to its essentials. At just 7.2mm thin, it combines a 5,000mAh X3 XSSB battery with magnetic wireless charging in a form designed to feel like part of your phone rather than another device you have to carry. Snap it on when you need extra power, slide it into a pocket when you don't, and take it virtually anywhere. High energy density allows the 5K to deliver useful everyday capacity while remaining exceptionally thin, light and easy to live with.
The 5K is designed around efficient everyday top-ups, giving you the freedom to charge wirelessly or connect directly through USB-C when you want maximum energy transfer. Its 5,000mAh X3 XSSB battery provides additional power for your phone throughout the day while intelligent power management adjusts charging to suit the connected device. Therma Guard temperature management monitors operating conditions and helps manage charging performance as temperatures rise, particularly during wireless charging or when your phone is being used at the same time.
Everything about the 5K is designed to make charging effortless. Magnetic alignment positions compatible phones correctly for wireless charging, while USB-C provides a simple wired alternative using the same compact power bank. Four LED indicators give you an immediate view of remaining battery capacity, with an additional wireless charging indicator showing when power is being transferred. There are no apps, menus or unnecessary controls to manage - attach it, charge and keep moving.
The 5K is designed for Qi2-compatible smartphones and devices, including compatible iPhone, Samsung and Android models. Phones without integrated magnets may require a compatible magnetic case for secure attachment, while thick cases, metal accessories or cards between the phone and power bank can affect wireless performance. USB-C provides an alternative wired connection for compatible devices and is also used to recharge the 5K. For maximum efficiency use USB-C; when convenience matters most, simply snap on and charge wirelessly.

What phones are compatible with the DENSITY X3 5K?
The DENSITY X3 5K supports Qi2 magnetic wireless charging for compatible smartphones and devices. Magnetic alignment automatically positions the charging coils for a secure connection and efficient wireless charging.
For best performance, use your phone without a case or with a Qi2/MagSafe-compatible magnetic case. Thick, non-magnetic cases and metal accessories between the phone and power bank may reduce charging performance.
How does the 5K manage temperature while charging?
The 5K features Therma Guard intelligent temperature management, engineered to monitor and manage heat while charging.
Wireless charging naturally generates some heat, particularly during fast charging or when your phone is being heavily used at the same time. Therma Guard helps regulate charging performance to maintain safe operating temperatures and keep the ultra-thin 5K comfortable during everyday use.
For best performance, we recommend charging your phone to around 80%. Above this level, many phones intentionally slow or resist charging to protect their battery, which can reduce charging efficiency and generate additional heat.
How much will 5,000mAh actually charge my phone?
The DENSITY X3 5K contains 5,000mAh of battery capacity, designed primarily for convenient top-ups and extending your phone's runtime throughout the day.
Actual energy delivered to your phone will be lower than the internal battery capacity because all power banks experience conversion losses. Wireless charging also has greater energy losses than wired USB-C charging.
For maximum energy transfer, use the USB-C connection. For maximum convenience, simply snap on and charge wirelessly.
Can I charge with USB-C as well as wirelessly?
Yes. The DENSITY X3 5K gives you the choice of Qi2 magnetic wireless charging or USB-C wired charging.
Use Qi2 when you want effortless snap-on charging without cables, or connect through USB-C for faster and more efficient energy transfer.
The USB-C connection is bidirectional, so the same port is used to recharge the 5K and to provide wired power to compatible devices.
Why does my iPhone sometimes stop charging at 80%?
This is usually normal. iPhone includes battery-protection features that can limit or pause charging around 80% depending on temperature, charging habits and your selected Charge Limit settings.
Wireless charging can also generate additional heat, so iPhone may temporarily slow or pause charging to protect the battery. Charging normally resumes when conditions allow.
This behaviour is controlled by your iPhone, not the DENSITY 5K.
Why does the 5K or my phone feel warm while charging?
Some warmth is normal during wireless charging because energy is transferred wirelessly between the power bank and phone.
The DENSITY 5K features Therma Guard intelligent temperature management, designed to monitor and manage charging performance as temperatures increase. Your phone may also independently reduce charging speed if it becomes warm.
For best performance, avoid charging in direct sunlight, hot vehicles or underneath insulating materials.
What phones and cases are compatible?
The DENSITY X3 5K supports Qi2 magnetic wireless charging with compatible smartphones and devices.
For the strongest magnetic attachment and best charging performance, use the phone without a case or with a Qi2/MagSafe-compatible magnetic case. Thick cases, non-magnetic cases, metal plates, cards or other objects between the phone and 5K may interfere with magnetic attachment or wireless charging.
Is the DENSITY 5K compatible with Samsung and Android phones?
Yes. The DENSITY 5K uses the Qi2 wireless charging standard and can charge compatible Qi2 devices from Apple, Samsung, Google and other manufacturers.
Some Android phones support Qi2 wireless charging but do not have magnets built into the phone itself. In these cases, a Qi2-compatible magnetic case may be required for the 5K to securely snap into position.
Phones without Qi2 may still support standard Qi wireless charging, but charging speed, magnetic attachment and compatibility can vary by device.
For the best experience, use a Qi2-compatible phone or magnetic case and remove metal plates, cards or other accessories from between the phone and power bank.
